Indo 2017: More Waves and Sunsets

August 1 – September 10, 2017 (Rote, Indonesia) —

From South Africa, we headed straight to our favorite little island in southeast Indonesia.   And by “straight to,” I mean that we took 3 flights and a ferry to get there.

We settled in at Malole Surf House for a month in surfing paradise.  The first sunset did not disappoint.

We had a great month with excellent waves, good yoga, stunning sunsets, and super fun people.

On our way back to NZ, we stayed one night in Bali and got to see one of our favorite world nomads, Mo, for dinner.   Always amazing to connect with friends as we travel.
